· Project initiator and content specialist for the design and development of the Getty Docent Website – an intranet site supporting the volunteer docent corps and staff at the Getty Museum. The password protected site provides inspiring and informative content for docents, combined with robust volunteer management and scheduling systems.
· Liaison between Getty education, interpretive, digital, and legal departments and vendors.
· Received Gold Muse Award for Media & Technology on behalf of Getty, presented by the American Alliance of Museums, New Orleans, 2019.
· Designed education programming for K-12 and general audiences, including guided drawing experiences.
· Collaborated on developing and teaching Getty Education’s first online “field trips” in response to the COVID pandemic safter at home policies. Programs included Virtual Art Explorations, Getty Get Togethers, Return to Site programming, 2022, and Docent Drawing training for School Group Docents’ use with K-12 audiences.
· Docent training including onboarding and in person and online teaching to support tours.
· Managed daily schedules for up to 500 docents across two sites.
